Axicor has seven years of experience providing a workforce for military maintenance and supply.

We have worked as both prime contractor and subcontractor for several projects. This work has been on and off military reservations.

Based on the dynamics of how Axicor has evolved, we honed our operation with the assistance of North Carolina State University Extension Service. This was critical to our specialization during the development of our ISO 9001:2008 certification. Essentially, we specialize in providing either direct or augmentation workforce.

Direct workforce - We take your project or mission and based on the parameters needed, we development the team and get the job done.

Augmentation workforce - Short term or long range, it is often more advantageous to contract personnel who work within your team. Simply, our Axicor employee works on your team. Our benefits, our parameters, our rules and regulations, but with one exception. We put into place your guidelines and expectations for success.
